This blog is a combination of my love of sports and background in management consulting. Posts will focus on ways in which pro sports franchises can improve operations. I hope to cover topics including revenue generation, fan experience, some light analysis of current trends, and other areas of strategic operations.
Posts will mainly focus on MLB, NBA, and NFL franchises, but topics will likely be applicable to other sports as well. Topics will have varying degrees of depth based on the amount of free time I have.
